The Agreement
1. General
1.1. Shinobi Blog Engine (Shinobi) is a proprietary software. Nobody can distribute and modify Shinobi but its author (www.kirillpanfilov.com); Shinobi may be used in different projects without limitations if these projects are legal and correspond principles of moral.
1.2. To buy Shinobi you can mail the author or using the central Shinobi website (www.shinobium.com). The price of Shinobi can vary depending of its version, and the current courses of currencies, and the package set where can Shinobi only be included or additional plug-ins, design themes and other components.
1.3. You can get Shinobi for free taking a part in Shinobi Blog Engine Support Program, which consists of localization and plug-ins and design themes development and other conditions.
2. Rights and duties of Buyers
2.1. Shinobi Buyer can use Shinobi in unlimited number of noncommercial projects. One bought copy of Shinobi is enough to install unlimited number of public copies for noncommercial use.
2.2. In case of using Shinobi commercially (incl. placing advertising) Buyer has to pay for every copy of Shinobi to use as a project. More, if the Buyer plans to use Shinobi for projects of the 3rd sides Buyer has to pay for every copy too.
2.3. Shinobi Buyer has to provide true and stable e-mail address for connection related to payments, downloads and not for spam.
2.4. Shinobi Buyer who has bought a current version of Shinobi for the commercial use may get all next versions for free as updates. This statement can be changed while releasing the next versions.
3. Rights and duties of the Developer
3.1. Shinobi Developer has no responsibility for the losses which can be caused by using Shinobi
3.2. Shinobi Developer has to provide the stable software (Shinobi Blog Engine), and if critical program errors appear he has to fix those as soon as possible and release the next version or subversion of Shinobi and inform about it immediately on the central Shinobi website (www.shinobium.com).
3.3. Shinobi Developer can provide technical support to the Buyers but he has not duties to do it.
3.4. Shinobi Developer can change this Agreement and inform about it immediately on the central Shinobi website (www.shinobium.com).
3.5. Shinobi Developer can provide financial privileges or refuse providing the software to the Buyers depending on different conditions.
Prices
Shinobi Blog Engine base package costs € 15, or USD 20, or RUR 600 ; you can use one of these currencies.
You can upgrade from the previous version to the current one for free.
